Return Policy.

At Bubblegum Kids we aim to keep our customers happy. If you’re not 100% delighted with your purchase, you will be able to arrange a return. 

Returns eligibility:

Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, and unworn. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact. Any items that were purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We will not process any returns for incomplete sets. 

All international orders are final sale, this means non returnable and non exchangeable and NO CANCELLATIONS

How to arrange a return: 

To be eligible for your money back:

  • Request a return by logging in to your account and choosing which items you would like to return within 3 days of receiving your order. The date of delivery is counted as the first day.
  • Please specify which items you are returning and the reason for return
  • we will then give you a UK address to ship it back to.
  • we will have to receive the return within 7 days of you receiving your order, the date of delivery is counted as the first day. Items returned after 7 days up to 14 days will be returned for a store credit. Items returned after that time frame will not be refunded or credited.
  • All items need to be in their original packaging with original tags attached. 
  • All return shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Returns of more than 2 items will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. This will apply even if you have split your purchase in multiple orders.

Cancelled items:

there will be a 5% fee for any cancelled items

Credit: 

Items bought with store credit are considered final sale and are non returnable/non exchangeable. 

Exchanges: 

  • We are happy to exchange any item for you, providing it is in resalable condition and you have contacted us within 14 days of the day it was delivered 
  • All exchanged items are considered a FINAL SALE

Gifts: 

  • If you received a gift and would like to exchange it please contact us and we will help you!

Returns on Sale: 

Items bought on sale of 20% off or more are considered final sale and are non returnable and non exchangeable and not able to cancel. 

All return shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: returns sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Codes:

Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds for forgotten codes or missed flashed sales without any exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return within the above time frame, we will notify you whether a refund has been granted. The refund will be minus the shipping and handling costs if approved, you'll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If an order of more than £300 is returned there will be a 5% charge.

Please note that excessive returns may result in your account being flagged for a 10% restocking fee and have future orders cancelled at our discretion.

Bubblegum Kids reserves the right to make exceptions to these policies.
